50 WIGS: Drawings, a series of 50 drawings, mixed media, May 2025.
'50 Wigs' is primarily an experimental video project examining the successes and failures of collections and community.
Drawing has always played an important role in my work and It seemed appropriate to end this project with a series of drawings based on the videos. The drawings explore what drawing is and what it can be. With this in mind, each drawing features a sentence that includes the words ‘drawing is…’. So, the series of drawings bring together a variety of definitions and opinions on drawing from a wide range of sources.
